  In "Le Marais", beetwen "la Place de la Bastille" and "la Place de la Republique", a nice studio very practical, very well decorated and totally new (july 2005).
In an historical Paris neighboorhood, at the 4th floor, and with wood floor, this small studio is very silent and illuminated.

Entrance with washing machine, kitchen totally equipped, toillets with window (shower, sink et wc).
Studio : TV, sofa and small table, 1 table and 2 chairs, study table, small closet.
Bed for 2 people up above the studio (mezzanine).

It is the perfect place if you want some quiet place to rest between visits to one of the many touristic locations that can be easily accessed from there.
     
Prices are all inclusive and for 2 people. (Add 30 € of cleaning fees for a stay under 8 nights)
